TIPS FOR A SAFE RIVER TRIP

Prepare!  Make a plan to share with someone at home.  Include launch/exit locations, departure time and expected time of return.  Check the weather forecast.

Stay Safe!  Wear a life jacket, hat & sunscreen.  Take a bailing bucket, water, snacks & shoes.  Be alcohol free on the water.

Survive!  Expect the unexpected.  Always wear your life jacket.  Know how to swim.  Drive home sober and alert.
